Running 13-3/8" through 16" liner

13 3/8”/72ppf/Dino Vam (with coupling OD of 14.236”) casing to be run thru 16” with drift ID of 14.822” in a vertical subsea well.

I have been asked by our current well engineering team to inquire as to comments, knowledge, experiences, best practices, risks, observed or to be discussed whil running this casing into tighter annuli.
