Eccentric guide shoe types? composite, aluminum or cement?

We are trying to decide on guide shoes for upcoming campaign - 9 5/8" and 13 3/8". We need to have auto fill option and off center guide shoes. We have had bad experience with Halliburton composite noses - (fiberglass sheet pieces stuck in wellhead).
Does anyone have experience with aluminum noses? How do they drill out? Does anyone have a weatherford eccentric shoe brochure? Thanks,
