tubing- annulus communication during a Frac job

Hi Guys,

During Fracturing one of our well, we observed a communication between the tubing and the annulus as soon we reach 4500 psi surface pressure which make fracing almost impossible if we will not bleed off continuously the annulus to keep 2500 psi as maximum pressure. this happened with 10K baker hornet packer and with a 7K weatherford arrowset packer.
The well has been drilled to 1500 meters and completed with a 3 1/2" string. The packer was set around 1370 meters.The well is full with brine at 9.3 ppg.

Did anyone experienced this before ?
