High expansion RBP

Hi wondering if any members have any information on high expansion retrievable bridge plugs? The plug would be required to set in 5½ 20# tubing but would need to be retrieved back through 4½ 12.6# tubing. A high DP is not required (max 2,000psi) Thanks for your help.
