Soil boring for Deepwater development project

Hi all,

Thank you for sharing your knowledge here. We're in a DW development project WD of 800m and I'm wondering if there's any soil analysis/soil boring done up to the final jetting depth of the 36" conductor. We're looking at a soil bore analysis up to 80m BML. Is this typically done in DW wells with a vessel or it's normally taken from offset jetting experience?
