Latest Industry Drilling Envelope / ERD Nose plot anyone?

Does anyone have the latest industry drilling envelope / nose plot that they can share with the group? 

For those that don't know this is a plot that shows depth versus outstep of all wells to give a feel for what is feasible.

BP used to collect this data and generate a spreadsheet called 'Industry Drilling Envelope'.  K&M have a version on their website. Possibly Rushmore have a similar plot? The most recent version of this type of plot that I have found is from 2012 in SPE paper 151046 'Pushing the extended reach envelope at Sakhalin: An Operator's Experience Drilling a Record Reach Well' but I am not sure how complete this is.

Personally I'm specifically interested in vertically deep sour wells rather than long outstep extended reach wells.
