Cement plug in horizontal section

Please, suggest best way to achieve placement of cement plug in horizontal section covering 4.5" slotted liner receptacle top within 7" liner with angle of around >80Â°.
Plug is for isolation of formation. Encountering sever mud loss with 8.67 ppg mud.
