Platform wreck assessment and well abandonment

we have two platform wrecks laying on the sea floor in Black Sea offshore attached to the gas wells. the wells were drilled and tested, then while installing the wellhead support structures, the structures fell over and went down. a survey was run during the incident in 2006 and there was no gas leakage at that time. Now we would like to assess the situation again and looking for the options to remove the wreck and plug the wells(or is it impossible?). I appreciate any idea that helps or any company name which is specialized on the subject that can re-assess the situation.
