Fatigue predictability - Top Drive/Drawwork/Hoses

Talking about onshore drilling in US, we know that a well can be up to 25K feet deep. Considering all section, casing running and the drilling activity itself, how many times the top drive goes up and down (cycling) in a single well? How are we predicting the failure of equipment and small components in order to minimize the NPT?
