Experienced hydrate formation around the BOP in 1,000m water depth of the coast of Senegal recently Peter. Strange thing was the behavior of the hydrate with a minute change in sea temperature. Looks like we were right on the balance and observed the hydrate develop then recede with less than 1 degree seabed temperature change.
