Low Electrical Stability problem in new mixing synthetyc oil based mud

hi folks,

we experienced problem with new mixing synthetic oil based mud which the electrical stability cannot go up to reach 700 as normal condition. It was stable at 300 - 400. The other properties were good.

Any one has experience the same thing? what is the possible cause of this? any comment is highly appreciated
