Offshore Rig Rangers-Legit or scam?

Recently there are many job's posts from the US based company called OIL RIG RANGERS in many countries, the job's location is in US and it is pretty easy to be qualified. I was interested in it and did some searchings on the internet about this company, but almost the information is about recruiment, it seems that this company has no business at all; in addtion, their website is also too simple and the opportunity of working in US is too good to be true. If anybody here has heard about this company, could you please share some information? Thank you so much.
