Job Descriptions / Roles & Responsibilities

17 March 2010 We frequently come across companies that don't have job descriptions or "roles and responsibilities" for key positions, especially at the wellsite .. Drilling Supv, Welltest Supv, Toolpusher etc.,

Also entire office teams are often working under assumed responsibilities.

Perhaps the members could submit the ones they use to this forum, so that everyone can cherry-pick the best ones when developing for their teams.

As a starter for ten, here's a Job Description for a Wellsite Performance Coach.
