Riser running handling efficiencies, opportunities

22 July 2011 SSBOP and marine riser running and handling can take up more than 25% of a wells productive time. When failures occur NPT can be significant.

I am seeking worldwide experiences of current tools, equipment, best practices, QA/QC assurance processes, to improve riser running, handling, installations, running and pulling.

All comments, feedback, sources of information welcomed.
