Abandonment cement plugs in 4-1/2" liner
22 October 2012I am looking at setting abandonment cement plugs inside 4½ liner. Does anyone have experience of setting balanced cement plugs on 2⅞" drillpipe inside 4½ liner?
The well is vertical with a high mud weight (17.6 ppg) and planned cement density is 18.2 ppg. We have concerns with a lack of differential for U-Tubing and tight clearance of the tool joints inside the liner (3.7" ID).
Thanks
Kevin
