7″ liner dual cementing job - Deep Water

we are possibly looking at cementing some 1,000m of liner and there are concerns about well control and ECD.
One option would be to perform a dual cement job - but I am not sure whether this has been done widely in deep water - if there are tools available, nor if it is effective.
I am awaiting feedback from our cement service provider, but some industry experience would be beneficial.
