Survey tool error model for Totco inc surveys

01 May 2013 Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am looking at an anti-collision scenario where the nearby wells were surveyed with "Totco style" inclination only surveys.
Can anybody shed light on how to model these tools to produce a realistic ellipse of uncertainty.??
