Downhole Deployment Valve (DDV)

We have just experienced a double failure of the Weatherford's 9 5/8" Down hole Deployment Valve (DDV) system, due to high vibration on the drill string during PMD drilling of the 8 1/2" reservoir section.

1. Backed out at the tie back csg hanger severing all 4 control lines
2. DDV rotated down hole severing the control lines and backing out connections

What are the alternatives to running DDV's any suggestions?
