Development tie-back design for mudline suspension system

03 August 2018 The use of mudline suspension systems is not very common, and their design and application is generally very project/well specific.  We are looking for a consensus or guideline on how many of the casing strings are usually tied back for the production phase of the well.  Obviously all strings are connected to the surface wellhead/BOP during drilling but what about during production?  Do all the strings need to be tied back?  The general practice in subsea operations is to tie back only from the HP wellhead.  Our water depth is less than 100 ft.

Previous experience and or advice is appreciated.

Regards
