10 3/4" Casing Coupling Clearance
15 May 2009 We are planning to run a tapered string of 10 3/4" 45.5ppf Vam Top x 9 5/8" 47ppf VamTop casing inside 13 3/8" 68ppf casing. I just wanted to check since its a while since I ran 10 3/4" casing that the clearance between the coupling OD (11.4") and 13 3/8" casing ID (drift ID of 12.259") shouldn't pose problems with subsequent cementing operations. Any feedback on this matter would be gratefully received.Ian McIlwaine
