Height/Space Out Verification on Floating Rigs

Hello,

While conducting some training recently we discussed the use of a index line to help space out tools on a floating rig. One of the guys on the course mentioned that newer rigs now have a laser pointer that replaced the use of an index line. I was wondering if anyone had any more info on this, maybe some photos or at least the name of the manufacturer so i could check out their website? I've already tried searching the internet with no luck.
