Guidelines on asking questions
19 July 2009 First of all, I'd like to apologise for the poor quality of some of the recent questions that have been asked on the Forum. They have been removed and the member(s) advised accordingly. In a drive to increase membership to the magical 1000, we have attracted some less-experienced members. They are, of course, very welcome to the community. I failed to advise them of a suitable protocol to use when considering what questions to ask.
We have updated our welcome pack which all new members receive.
I attach a copy for you all and hope that we can maintain our high quality and frequency of activity.
Best wishes
