Balanced Cement Plug with string 5.5" DP inside 9 5/8" CSG 47 ppf

Does anyone have performed balanced cement plug with string 5.5" DP inside 9 5/8" CSG 47 ppf?

We are planning to spot balanced cement plug inside 9 5/8" CSG and above 7" TOL, directly after completing the 7" liner cement job and setting the liner top packer to be able to perform remedial job on the 9 5/8" CSG. Does anyone have experience of performing the same operation? It would be appreciated if can share the experience of doing similar job.

Note, we have tried before to leave the cement on TOL and considered as cement plug, but in many cases, we found soft cement on TOL due high level of contamination.
