Kick off pressure for 2 packer case

As we intend to proceed with frac jobs in similar wells as the one illustrated in the attached image, I'm looking for your help in how to properly determine the kick off pressure considering the 2 packer design.

In a previous well, we considered both packers as one single packer that is 350m thick. We did so because the well and the annular space between the packers are filled with 1.2sg fluid.
