Otis SGL packer details

I am looking for some information on an “SGL Production packer” that we are faced with the task of removing.

The installation records are unclear, but we believe it to be an Otis 9⅝” single permanent  packer for 40 lb/ft casing. We cannot find any more information about this item.

It was installed in the well back in 1984.

If you have any detailed drawings that you can share, it would be fantastic.  Failing that, perhaps you can point us to a person/resource that can.
