Bug sorted out (call it 'squashed')

We found there was a bug in the system that caused the input from some members to be lost after they had typed it in, when the system was doing the check to see if there had been a similar topic raised.  This same bug was causing formatting errors, that caused large gaps between lines of text.

We have addressed this and pleased to say that, as of now, SPREAD kills 99.99% of all bugs - dead !
