Emergency shut down for land rigs

01 March 2021 I'm looking for indusrty regulations for Emergency Shut Down of Land rigs, partiquarly what ESD philosophy should be aligned be aligned with. 
I have ESD requirements for MODU, but I'm a bit concern to make use of them for land rigs. 
Also I have checked few previous contracts and found out that ESD was not explicitely defined for new built rigs. 

Appreciate all thoughts and experience on this matter.
