Forces calculation while cement 4" 1/2 liner

Hi all, 

I tried to find in the internet, the calculation that we can do to get the upward and downward forces while cementing liners tto check if this liner will float or not  I  found  calculations for cementing casing but not for liner.

So, I will be grateful if  you help to find any site or document that illustrate these calculations.
