Cutting Tubing in Compression

12 September 2006 We have been experiencing problems when preparing well for
workovers.
The completions are simple with liner top and PBR stabbed in to them
in compression.
We have had problems on attempting to recover the tubing after
running split shot and RCT tubing cutters i.e. the tubing not free
and extra time required on rig time to re run the cutters with the
tubing in tension.
Has anybody know of any different systems methods to successfully cut
tubing in compression off rig time.
