Optimum WEG depth above top perforation

Dear colleagues 

I would value you opinions and experience about  the optimum distance for 4½" completion tubing with 20 m of 3½" tailpipe (3½" WEG) above the top perforation inside 7" liner.

A bit more details:

• It is gas well
• Expected flow-rate is +/-20 MMSCF/day
• Formation pressure around 5000 psi
• Well depth +/-3000 m.
