MWD Survey Errors

13 October 2008 I am interested in trying to evaluate the errors associated with
current survey practices and beliefs.
My thoughts and a brief description of the major errors I believe to
be existing are listed on the appended word doc.

I am trying to poll people for their comments and advice with a view
to producing at least a "best practices" document.
