With the purpose to meeting a customers training scope requirements, targeted Mid December 2015.

I am seeking forums best practise views, comments, recent knowledge and experiences, do's and don'ts during work-over operations.

Specifically in regards to side-tracking a onshore or offshore well (i.e. abandoning old zone(s), pulling old completion, side-track well (options, what operators are currently initiating as best practise), kicking off and drilling to a new geological target.
