NB Stabilisation in loss zone.

When drilling ahead into know massive loss zones, my preference is to drop all jewellery and stab from the business end of the BHA, in case the losses suck down the cuttings in the annulus and stick the string.
However, what is the experience of the people in Spread when you need near bit stabilisation for directional control..???
