PDC reamers

I am looking for people's experience with PDC based Reamers.
My questions are;
Do they produce more torque?
Is there more vibration to consider - and if so how to model and predict it?
Can they be run with steerable motors without affecting ability to slide?
Plus any other issues that have come up with running these tools.
