Pre drilled liner

18 April 2011 We are looking to run 6 5/8" Liner in to 8 1/2" long horizontal Open hole on a gas well.
Sanding studies showed us that there will not be any sanding issues while producing, so the plan is to go for pre-drilled liner.
Is there anyone who has any scientific approach to explain the size and amount of holes drilled in the liner?
