Running Casing underbalanced

I'm looking for information on how to run casing underbalanced through an RCD. I know its being done but so far my enquiries with Weatherford and others have yielded nothing. For example when running casing into a foam drilled UBD well should you:-

• partially fill the casing or run it dry?
• Do you circulate with foam/air prior to cementing?
  
  Can someone point me in the right direction?
