Well Control a variable water injector reservoir pressure

21 February 2012 Hi forum, I am planning workover a water injector well which in the previous workover experienced reservoir pressure fluctuations that leads to change the hydrostatic fluid weight to control it (from 85 pcf to 130 pcf mud weight). Looks like there are low and high permeabilities across the horizontal reservoir zone and some times there are fluid losses and then the well kick off. Do you have recommendations to handle this well conditions over the workover operation?
