Kick with SICP Greater Than MAASP

05 January 2015 Dear All,
Happy New Year!
We need your professional advise to deal with well control issue we just experienced.
We drilled with 8 1/2" bi-center bit which opened the hole to 10 1/2" to a depth of 12,872ftMD (12,537ftTVD) with 14.3ppg SOBM on a floater.
We suddenly took a kick with about 15bbls pit gain, 1350psi SIDPP, 1,720psi SICP.
The last casing shoe (9 5/8") is at 11,674ftMD (11,430ftTVD)with LOT of 15.4ppg EMW.
The SICP is already above the MAASP estimated to be 713psi. We attempted to circulate out the kick using Driller's method but did not get any returns through the choke after pumping 74bbls, suggesting we are losing into the formation (probably at the shoe).
We are presently considering bullheading through the string to kill the well.
Kindly share your experiences and advise to enable us handle this challenge.

Regards,
