Environmentally friendly thread compounds

06 October 2008 Hi folks,

We'd like to hear members' experiences with environmentally-friendly
thread compounds. We're specially interested in high Cr content
tubulars.

Experience in make-up, running failure rate and break-out history
(torques, problems, thread damage).

And, on a more positive note, any recommendations and best practice.
