Kick Tolerance method and requirements

26 September 2016 Hello all, 
I would like to pose this question about kick tolerance. Mainly I would like to know which is the method that your companies use, is the the pore pressure + kick intensity, mud weight + kick intensity or the transitional kick tolerance approach? 
What are your thoughts on which one is the more efficient method to use during the design of the well? 
Also, i would like to have an idea on which is the minimum kick tolerance that the companies you have worked on use, specially for production sections.
