Packer and setting tool in-house testing

Could any of the experts kindly help in enlightening me on the fixture or the machine that may be required to test the 'Packer', 'Bridge-plug' and its 'Hydraulic setting tool' in-house ?

Any test procedure , schematic of the machine, fixture details or pics would really be helpful and appreciable.
