DualTRSSSV Control Lines
17 May 2009 In the design of our completion strings for a forthcoming onshore drilling and workover campaign in Mozambique, it has been suggested to use dual (instead of a single) control lines for our TRSSSVs. I have never done this before and therefore would be interested to hear peoples thoughts on this or if anyone routinely does this in their operations. The benefits are extra redunancy but the downsize is that it adds complexity and cost to the operations.4 Answer(s)
