Running a 4 1/2" TRSCSSV Inside 7" 26# Csg

We are currently planning an onshore well campaign in Mozambique (South East Africa), and the plan is to run a 4 1/2" production tbg inside a 7" 26# csg w/ a dual control line TRSCSSV + 1 additional control line for a DHPG (this will require a 3 potted hanger). Due to concerns on the clearance bettween the 7" and the 4 1/2" prod tbg, we also plan to tapper the 7" csg w/ a 7 5/8" csg to accomodate the 3 control lines.

Does anyone have any experience in running such tight clearances in their completions strings, if so, then how was it accomplished?
