Use Simulated Annealing method to Compute Optimal Casing Setting Depth

Anyone of you have any ideas of using simulated annealing method to compute the optimal casing points with the variables of inclination, dogleg severity, temp ....etc.
I wish to know how to develop this method in order to apply it into the real case well design.

Should anybody know, please share.
