Fishing in horizontal wellbore

We are having stuck problem in lateral section (900m open hole, 95-98 deg). The intention now is to cut in the middle, try catching with overshot and jar to free.

1. We plan to cut 3.5" DP using hydraulic cutter, conveyed with CT & PDM. Any other cutter suggestions? Minimum restriction is 2.25".

2. Do you have experience in blind back-off, washing over, and screw-in on horizontal well?
