CHS and CHH

Gentlemen,
I need your help on wellhead component...
Usually, when running the surface casing we install the Casing Head housing then the BOP Stack...to continue drilling.
Is it possible to replace the Casing Head Housing by Casing Head Spool... I mean using CHS as a CHH.
And what is the risks if we do it.
