Drilling Complexity Index (DCI)

Dear colleagues,
Does anyone has used the DCI for your well's planning? I've come across the attached file, which I find pretty user-friendly. However, I'm uncertain about the Hole Stability criteria: what does "Shale SA" stands for? What are the ranges (200-300) about?
