Rig Inspection For High Pressure Well

Does anyone know of any consultants / companies who can be engaged
to inspect a rig prior to drilling a HP well? Mud weights to be
used may exceed 20 ppg.

We require someone to inspect mud systems both high pressure and low
pressure, mud pit and agitators, well control equipment, personnel
competency and procedures.

Would prefer to use a single company however could use multiple
companies if a single company cannot fulfill all needs.
