P&A off wells with obstructions due to subsidence

12 March 2012 I am working on a 30 well P&A project where we are facing challenges like deformed or collapsed tubing and or casing. These obstructions are about 300 meters (900 ft) above reservoir (reservoir is at 2450 meters 3000 ft TVD) . All information we have today indicates that the collapse is about 10 meters (30 ft) thick. The tubing configuration is from 5 1/2" to 7" (some 7" Q125).
The wells needs to be plugged below these obstructions and my question to you out there is, any track record, what kind of equipment did you use, success stories, new "out of the box" ideas ?

Thanks
