Drilling Readiness Review - Checklist

As the industry continues to increase the focus on Due Diligence / Corporate Assurance, we've been asked by a small Oil Co to conduct a Drilling Readiness Review.

Whilst I have a lot of material scattered about in my files, as well as a very good idea of what I'd like to cover, it would be great if I could cherry pick from others.

If any of you have such checklists, reviews, reports that you can share with us, please may you post them on the site.
